• Build out from scratch a dimensional data warehouse in Microsoft Azure. Primary source is IFS ERP based in the Oracle Cloud. Dengineering of Oracle views and packages to form warehouse dimensional model. IFS roll out to 22 companies under Legence. Reporting provided by by Power BI.
• Temporary Data Warehouse (pipeline instance) built on Azure SQL Instance. For speed of delivery IFS tables replicated form Oracle Cloud to SQL Server through SSIS, Transact SQL and SQL Agent. More than 100 tables replicated to Azure allowing for the development and delivery to production of Service, Finance and Executive Power BI Reports.
• Power BI reports built for Finance, Service, Program Management and Excutives. Reports include Finance (General Ledger Trial Balance, AR/AP Aging, Billing Support, and Customer Invoice Analysis), Service (Contract Pricing, Contract Cost, Contract Revenue and Work Order Analysis), Program Management (Job Cost Detail, Material and Labor Detail), Executive (Purchase Order Audit, Rate Agreement Audit, Billed hours Audit).
• Deengineering of IFS data model to build a dimensional data model. Oracle Cloud views and packages analyzed to drive a 120 dimension, 35 fact table data warehouse. Warehouse hosted in Microsoft Azure Fabric with Data Factory as the tool to provide ETL.
